​Kubra Caglar Joins Tattvam Markets as Head of Commercial After Nine Years at Scope Markets

Former Scope Markets regional head Kubra Caglar has assumed the role of Head of Commercial at Tattvam Markets in the United Arab Emirates. She transitioned to this new position in April 2026, concluding a tenure of nearly nine years in a senior regional role at Scope Markets.

In a statement, Caglar expressed enthusiasm for the move, describing it as the start of a new chapter with familiar colleagues and trusted leadership. She stated she approaches the role with motivation and positive energy. The Head of Commercial position oversees all commercial activities, focusing on business development and client-facing growth, bringing extensive online trading sector experience to Tattvam's senior team.

Caglar served as Regional Head at Scope Markets from May 2017 to April 2026, based in Cyprus, where her responsibilities included regional oversight. Her departure marks a significant personnel shift for Scope Markets, which also saw former director Serkan Ismailoglu join Tattvam Markets as Managing Partner last year.

In related industry movements, former Scope Markets CEO Jacob Plattner has co-founded a new Mauritius-licensed brokerage, Azul Markets, marking his return to the industry after departing Scope in 2023.
