11 Fraudulent Financial Entities Added to Warning List by The Financial Commission

The Financial Commission, an external dispute resolution (EDR) body dedicated specifically to FX, has added 11 fraudulent financial entities to its warning list over the last two weeks.

Concerned traders have notified the Financial Commission regarding these company and their associated websites.

According to the regulator, these companies are using the following names:

• AlbaBrokers (AlbaBrokers LLC)

• Lotas Capital (Lotas Capital Corporation LLC)

• GANN Markets (GANNMarkets Corp. LLC)

• BitOptionsPro (Bitcoin Explorer Limited)

• Bitpay Crypto Trade (Bitpay Crypto Markets Limited)

• 360CryptoTraders

• Trive Financial

• StockhutFXInc

• FXValidus

• MetaFX

• Bitxco

Upon reviewing submitted information from potential customers of these brokers, the Financial Commission has determined that the indicated companies and associated websites may be used to scam and defraud traders and investors.

As such, the Commission does not recommend doing business with these entities, either individuals purporting to represent these brokers on social media and in private messages on popular messaging apps.
