FXSpotStream Reports 23.4% Yearly Jump in ADV for May 2022

Fazzaco learned that FXSpotStream, a FX streaming aggregation service provider, has published its monthly trading metrics for May 2022. The company witnessed a jump in its total volume for the period compared to May 2021.

According to the press release, the firm had a total volume figure of $1.284 trillion, compared with April's $1.286 trillion. The total figure in May slightly declined by 0.1 percent when compared with the previous month, while on a year-on-year basis it increased by more than 29 percent.

The average daily volume (ADV) for May came in $58.4 billion, which is an decrease of 4.7% on a monthly basis. On a yearly basis, ADV rose by 23.4% compared to the same period last year.

In April 2022, FXSpotStream registered an increase of a 25.8% YoY increase to $61.25 billion in Average Daily Volume and posted a total trading volume of $1.286 in April, up by 20.00% compared with the same month in 2021.
