CySEC Withdraws CIF License of MPS Marketplace Securities Ltd

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission(CySEC) announced on Tuesday that it has decided to withdraw the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) License with Number 170/12 of MPS Marketplace Securities Ltd.
According to the official press release, the decision was made at a CySEC meeting held on 11 July 2022. The cypriot regulator has decided, pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive DI87-05, to withdraw the company's license, due to the company's decision to expressly renounce it.
The company's website https://mps.trade/ is currently available. However, it has not notified clients about the new changes as of press time.
Let's recall that, CySEC announced three decisions on the withdrawal of CIF authorizations in this month. Yesterday, the regulator announced to withdraw the CIF license with Number 014/03 of Sharelink Securities & Financial Services Ltd. Moreover, CySEC also withdrawm the CIF license with Number 238/14 of Finteractive Ltd in last Thursday.
