MetaQuotes' MT4 & MT5 Removed from Apple App Store

Fazzaco learned that MetaTrader 4 & MetaTrader 5 (MT4 & MT5), the electronic trading platforms widely used by online retail forex speculative traders developed by MetaQuotes, have been removed from Apple App store.
Reportedly, this move is a retaliation of US Government in response to an alleged help that the CEO of MetaQuotes has engaged (not confirmed) in helping Russian oligarchs to transfer funds outside of Russia.
These platforms are still available to Android users. And the desktop version of MT4 and MT5 have not been removed yet.
Additionally, MetaQuotes seperately stopped providing its smaller white labels with access to the MT4 trading platform, according to a source familiar with this matter.
Moreover, it is reported that major brokers in the US start stopping providing MT5 to their retail clients via their websites.
