BDSwiss Chief People Officer Natale Mastoroudes Leaves

Fazzaco learned that BDSwiss​, a leading financial group offering Forex and CFD investment services, has lost its Chief People Officer Natale Mastoroudes. Natale joined the broker in January 2022 as Head of HR.

"All things must, at some point, come to an end... And so has my time at BDSwiss," she posted on LinkedIn today. "My time with you all has been very, very full. We've grown together in ways I never would have predicted when I accepted this role. And I am extremely proud of all we have accomplished in HR, Talent Acquisition, Training and Administration."

Prior to BDSwiss, Natale worked at FXPRIMUS, a global leader in online Forex trading, as Head of HR. Previously she was HR Manager at the Forex broker Q8 Trade Official. She Help the firm set up the Cyprus HR function, including recruitment and management of small HR team.

Between January 2012 and June 2019, Natale has been part of Amdocs. She worked as European Recruitment Executive & Senior HR Specialist at the firm initially, then became EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner in November 2014. She ended her tenure at the company as EMEA Talent Acquisition Project Manager.

Before that, Natale served PwC Cyprus, focused on providing tailored HR solutions to business process problems for clients. Her roles also included Specialist Consultant at Hays, then Red Snapper Group after three years.

Besides, Natale disclosed that she would announce her new role soon.
