Trinota Markets (Global) Limited, the operator of the global Forex and CFD broker M4Markets, has acquired the client book of tixee, a CFD trading services provider, according to a customer support email from Tixee.

tixee is a trading name of Pipbull Ltd, which is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in Seychelles (FSA). Currently, clients are not able to create an account with the platform, and existing clients have the opportunity to transfer their accounts to M4Markets.

This arrangement has been acknowledged by the FSA, the email noted.

"Pipbull Limitd has recently entered into a mutually beneficial commercial arrangement with Trinota Markets (Global) Limited (hereinafter "M4 Markets"), one of the most promising CFD brokers in the market. Due to this fact, you cannot create an account with Tixee anymore," the email read.

"In light of this development, Tixee will offer to all of its existing clients the opportunity to transfer their accounts to M4Markets. This will ensure continuity of service for tixee clients and allow them to trade with the best possible trading conditions and without any disruption."

The details of the deal are not known yet.

This news comes after M4Markets’ appointment of Marios Antoniou as its new Chief Operations Officer in February.

In January, Fazzaco reported that Tixee has cooperated with Match-Prime, a Forex and CFD liquidity provider, entering the latter’s liquidity pool.
