CySEC Revokes CIF License of Trilt Ltd

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced today the withdrawal of the Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) authorisation with Number 254/14 of Trilt Ltd.

The decision to revoke the CIF license of the aforementioned broker was made on the Cypriot regulator's meeting of 20th March 2023, pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive DI87-05.

CySEC explained that it made the decision because Trilt Ltd has voluntarily renounced the license.

This week, the financial regulator has updated its blacklist of unregulated entities, with the addition of eight websites​ that belong to an entity which provides investment services and conducts investment activities without authorization.
