CySEC Revokes AIFM Operation License of Polyvalent Capital Management Ltd

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced today (28 December 2023) the withdrawal of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM) authorisation with number AIFM46/56/2013 of Neo Premium Investments (NPI) Ltd.
The decision to revoke the AIFM authorisation of the aforementioned entity was made on the Cypriot regulator's meeting of 11 December 2023, pursuant to article 12(1)(a) of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Law.
CySEC explained that it made the decision because Polyvalent Capital Management Ltd has voluntarily renounced the authorisation.
Previously, Fazzaco reported that CySEC has added twelve websites that belong to an entity which provides investment services and conducts investment activities without authorization to its blacklist.
