Eren Eraslan Elevated to Head of Northern Europe of IG Group

Eren Eraslan, who has been with electronic trading giant IG Group for over five years altogether, has risen to Head of Northern Europe at IG Europe GmbH.

Prior to the new role, Eren served the brokerage as Head of Germany and Austria. He first joined the group in December 2014, with roles including MTF Analyst and Senior Sales Trader, out of the United Kingdom, then he left in February 2019.

Besides, Eren worked at Spectrum Markets for more than three years, the pan-European trading venue for securitised derivatives, where he joined as Head of Product Innovation, then as Head of Product.

Earlier in his career, he was focused on Business Development/Market Data & Statistics at Eurex, the leading European derivatives exchange and one of the leading clearing houses globally.

Last month, IG Group has selected Breon Corcoran​ to assume the role of CEO.
