Admirals Group AS Undergoes Leadership and Board Reshuffle

In a recent announcement from Admirals Group AS made yesterday, significant changes to its Supervisory and Management Board structure have been revealed, marking a pivotal moment for the company's leadership.

The resignation of Chairman of the Management Board, Sergei Bogatenkov, alongside Management Board member Andreas Ioannou, has been accepted by the Supervisory Board of Admirals Group AS. Bogatenkov's tenure will conclude on February 29, 2024, while Ioannou's departure is set for February 25, 2024, aligning with the predetermined end date of his mandate set upon his appointment in 2021.

Taking the helm as the new Chairman of the Management Board effective March 1, 2024, is Alexander Tsikhilov. Tsikhilov brings with him a wealth of experience, not only within Admirals Group but also through his positions in various organizations including the Order of Malta Foundation in Estonia, DVF Group OÜ, and the Historica Foundation.

Moreover, Admirals Group AS welcomes two new members to its Supervisory Board, Eduard Kelvet and Olga Senjuškina, effective February 5, 2024. Senjuškina, with a background spanning over 20 years in accounting, tax consulting, and asset management, has been a valuable asset to Admirals since 2014. Kelvet, previously associated with Citadele banka and AS TBB bank, brings a wealth of compliance and administrative experience to the table.
