Spain's CNMV Flags Five New Unregistered International Entities
The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the Spanish government agency responsible for the financial regulation of the securities markets in Spain, has recently updated its warning list, with the addition of five unregistered international financial entities.
Below are the entities and corresponding websites:
tolot-epargne.fr/ (clone). Unknown people, who use the email adresses with the structure firstname.lastname@amvontobel.com, are fraudulently impersonating the identity of the company registered in Luxembourg, Vontobel Asset Management S.A., with whom they do not have any relationship.
tolot-epargne.fr/ (clone). Unknown people, who use emial addresses with the structure firstname.lastname@accorin.fr, firstname.lastname@accorinv.com, and contact@accorinvest-gestion.com, are fraudulently impersonating the company identity of AccorInvest Group S.A., with whom they do not have any relationship.
CABINET GLOBAL PARTNERS (CLONE) - access.base-gestioncl.com/login (clone). Unknown people, who use email addresses with the structure firstname.lastname@online-globalpartners.com, are fraudulently impersonating the identity of the company registered in Luxembourg, Global Partners, with whom they do not have any relationship.
waystoneshares.com (clone); beinfinity.net/ (clone); beinfinity.net/ (clone); lioniseassets.com/ (clone). These websites, which use email addresses such as support@waystoneshares.com, Support@beinfinity.net, Support@wealthbayy.com, and Support@lioniseassets.com, are fraudulently impersonating the identity of entities belonging to the WAYSTONE GROUP, with whom they do not save any relationship. Registered entities Waystone Corporate Services (Lux) S.A. and Waystone Management Company (Lux) S.A. are not related to the pages warned.
The above entities are supervised by CSSF - LUXEMBURGO.
This follows CNMV's warning against nine unregistered international financial entities.
