Spain's CNMV Flags Twelve Unregistered Entities

The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the Spanish government agency responsible for the financial regulation of the securities markets in Spain, has on Monday updated its warning list, with the addition of twelve unregistered financial entities.

Below are the twelve entities and corresponding websites:

• UNIVERSE PAY GROUP - universepgroup.com

• TRADE EPREX / TRADE EPREX 5V - tradeeprex.net

• COINS CHAIN 365 - wallet.coinschain365.com

• TRADE DUAC 4.0 - tradeduac.co/; TRADE DUAC 5.0 - tradeduac.app; TRADE DUAC AI - tradeduac.ai; TRADE DUAC 360 - tradeduac360.com; TRADE 360 DUAC - tradeduac.net

• BILLIONAIRE TRADE - billionaire-trade.com

• XCELL INVEST / XCELL INVESTMENT - xcellinvestment.com

• CONTIFLEXVENTURES - contiflexv.com

• ACE MARKET 365 - acemarket365.com

• CRYPTOGO365 - es.cryptogo365.com/

• GOMKS - gomks.com

• UFINACAPITAL - ufinacapital.cc

The CNMV notes that the aforementioned institutions are not registered in the corresponding registry of this Commission and, therefore, are not authorised to provide investment services or other activities subject to the CNMV's supervision. 

This follows CNMV's warning against eighteen unregistered entities​ a week before.
