UK FCA Issues Warning Against 29 Unauthorized Companies

The United Kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) last week (Mar 24 - 28, 2025) issued warnings against 29 new companies that are soliciting customers in the UK jurisdiction without any licenses or are clones of authorized platforms.

According to the regulator, 2 of the 29 warned firms are clone entities, 27 are unauthorized. The below are 2 clone entities:
