United Fintech Appoints Deepak Nair as Chief Operating Officer

​United Fintech has announced the appointment of Deepak Nair as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), adding him to the company's Executive Leadership Team. In this role, Nair will be responsible for developing and executing the fintech platform's operational strategy, with a focus on ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment across its global operations and partner companies.

Nair brings over two decades of experience from senior positions within the financial services and technology sectors. His background includes roles at Virgin Media O2, McKinsey & Company, UBS, JPMorgan, and Goldman Sachs. His experience encompasses operational leadership, large-scale transformation efforts, operating model redesign, and post-merger integration. At Virgin Media O2, he reportedly led transformation initiatives for a significant workforce, while at McKinsey, he specialized in implementing high-impact transformation programs and delivering substantial cost synergy projects.
