Anca Ioana Ionescu Departs Doo Group After Key HR Leadership Role

Doo Group, the multi-jurisdictional retail FX and CFDs broker, has confirmed the departure of Anca Ioana Ionescu, Head of Human Resources for its European operations.

Ionescu, a veteran HR executive in the trading and crypto sectors, joined Doo Group in 2023 during its expansion drive in the EU. During her tenure, the company obtained its CySEC license and relocated to larger premises in Limassol.

Her previous roles include senior HR positions at Axi, FINXFLO, NAGA, Traders Trust, and IronFX, among others. With over a decade in the industry, Ionescu has played a central role in talent development and organizational growth across multiple brokers and fintech firms.

In a farewell message posted online, Ionescu reflected on her time at Doo Group, stating, "When I started here, my mission was simple: build the department, nurture its growth, and create the space for future leaders to thrive." She added, "My role was never to stay, but to set the foundation, ensure sustainability, and make way for others to flourish."

Her next career move has not yet been disclosed.
