United Fintech Strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of Head of M&A

United Fintech has named Rupsa Mukherjee as its new Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, marking another key leadership hire in 2025 as the company continues to expand its global presence.
Mukherjee brings over a decade of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, having previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Caterpillar, and Deutsche Bank. At Deutsche Bank, she advised on transactions exceeding $20 billion across London and New York. She is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from The Wharton School.
In her new role, Mukherjee will work with United Fintech founder and CEO Christian Frahm to identify acquisition opportunities and structure transactions designed to align with the company's long-term strategy. Frahm highlighted her expertise, saying, "Rupsa brings the right combination of M&A discipline and fintech fluency. Her ability to originate, structure, and integrate strategic acquisitions will be instrumental in unlocking new opportunities across our ecosystem."
Mukherjee expressed enthusiasm about her appointment, noting: "The opportunity to help scale a platform that is reshaping the financial services technology landscape is incredibly exciting."
United Fintech has already acquired six software firms serving capital markets and continues to target acquisitions aimed at accelerating digital transformation for financial institutions worldwide.
