Crypto Exchange Bitpanda Receives Registration from Financial Markets Authority of France

Bitpanda, a leading European neobroker, recently announced that it has registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and therefore, be regulated in France.
Pursuant to the regulatory framework for digital assets in France, Bitpanda is required to be registered with the AMF as it offers services to users with French residency enabling them to hold, buy and sell digital assets such as Bitcoin.
As a registered Digital Asset Service Provider with the AMF, Bitpanda is entitled to operate in France, increasing customers' confidence and trust.

The company claims to have onboarded 1.2 million users and plans to expand into real-world assets to build out a pan-European offering, with the expansion already started in France, Spain and Turkey.
