733Park Facilitates Pro Payment Services’ Acquisition of Private Client Payments’ Merchant Portfolio
Pro Payment Services has acquired the merchant portfolio of Private Client Payments in a move that strengthens its position in the payments industry. The transaction was facilitated by 733Park, an M&A advisory firm specializing in payments, fintech, SaaS, and AI.
The deal allows Pro Payment Services to expand its merchant services, further enhancing its ability to provide tailored payment solutions. Private Client Payments, based in Las Vegas, has built a reputation for delivering high-quality processing services, and the transition is expected to be smooth for its existing clients.
Jake Sharp, owner of Private Client Payments, emphasized the importance of a well-structured deal. “This is the second merchant portfolio I’ve successfully sold through 733Park, and once again, their expertise was instrumental in ensuring an efficient and well-managed process,” Sharp said.
As an established M&A advisory firm, 733Park played a key role in structuring the deal and managing the transition process. Led by CEO Lane Gordon, the firm has been involved in multiple high-profile transactions in the payments and fintech sectors.
Gordon highlighted the broader trend of consolidation in the industry, noting that demand for strategic acquisitions remains strong. “M&A activity in payments, fintech, and AI is accelerating, and we are seeing increased interest from both buyers and sellers looking to maximize value,” Gordon said.
While financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, the deal reflects the growing momentum in the payments industry as companies seek scale and efficiency through strategic acquisitions.
With this acquisition, Pro Payment Services continues its expansion, while 733Park further solidifies its reputation as a leading M&A advisor in the sector.
