Interactive Brokers Enhances Advisor Portal

Interactive Brokers​ LLC (NASDAQ: IBKR) has recently unveiled several enhancements to its Portal for individual clients, advisors and brokers, which mainly concern client report delivery and account queries.

The latest enhancements allow advisors and brokers to make custom statements, flex queries, and PortfolioAnalyst reports on behalf of clients and configure the reports to enable direct delivery to the client’s email address.

Also, the leading online trading provider has developed a new Account Queries tool to enable advisors and brokers to search and filter accounts by specific criteria including account status, application type, account type, and margin type.

With the enhanced Advisor Portal, advisors and brokers are now able to easily store and view information about all of their contacts, including clients, former clients, prospects and other personal and professional relationships. Every record is considered a “contact” and each contact can be designated as being of a certain type.

Interactive Brokers regularly upgrades its solutions to increase efficiency, enhance user experience and ensure the reliability of infrastructure for broader service offering. Recently, the broker revealed the plan to launch cryptocurrency trading​ within its platform by the end of the summer.
