Interactive Brokers Releases New Version of Its Mobile App

Interactive Brokers, the operator of the largest electronic trading platform in the US, has released the Version 8.80 of its mobile App, improving the look of partitions in the portfolio and additional tools.

Specifically, the App’s account management section has added direct access to Tax Forms, which means users can now share or download these forms onto their device.

In addition to fixing the previous bug and improving stability, the new version also offers a new option in settings to enable Edge Gestures on the Quote Details, Orders & Trades, and Order Entry pages, making it more easily to use these highly used screens with one hand.

Interactive Brokers has continued to upgrade its investment app for mobile device. A prior version of the App has introduced algo trading for stocks to gain speed and accuracy and reduce costs over manual order types.

Interactive Brokers has recently released its financial results for the second quarter of 2021, showing a net revenue of $754 million, compared to $539 million in the previous year.
