ACY Securities Expands to South Africa with New Office and Platform

ACY Securities has formally launched its operations in South Africa, opening a physical office in Johannesburg and rolling out its proprietary trading platform in the country. This move follows the firm's acquisition of INGOT Brokers South Africa, which provided a foundation through local licensing under FSCA number 51008.
The Australia-headquartered multi-asset broker views South Africa as a strategic entry point to the broader African market. "South Africa stands out as a gateway to the wider African market and a proven hub for international investors," said Jimmy Ye, ACY Securities' CEO and Co-Founder.
The Johannesburg office will serve as a regional base, offering multilingual customer support, retail account management, and local affiliate coordination. Unlike many firms that operate remotely in African markets, ACY's physical presence is intended to enable closer alignment with local regulatory standards and trading behaviors.
The company's platform, accessible directly via browser without requiring downloads, will be offered alongside MetaTrader 4 and 5 as well as copy trading solutions. The firm anticipates the South African operations will become a significant revenue contributor and a launchpad for further African expansion.
