ACY Securities Opens New Office in Melbourne, Plans to Consolidate New Company

ASIC regulated multi-asset online trading provider ACY Securities has officially opened its new office in Melbourne as part of its continuing growth and expansion.
ACY Securities also announced plans for a consolidation of ACY Securities, the financial services arm, and Zerologix, the sister technology arm of the ACY Group of companies to form a new holding company, ACYLogix Pty Ltd.
The company said that after the consolidation, the resulting entity ACYLogix will be "a high-performing, ultra-efficient and sustainable FinTech company."
"Once the consolidation has been successfully executed, PWC will then formally lead the company to IPO in 2024," Jimmy Ye, CEO at ACY Securities, said. "With ACYLogix projected for massive growth in the next few years, the opportunities for cross-departmental, cross-functional and cross-branch career growth, progression and expression are there for all the members of the team to explore as they see fit."
To meet the growing demand for financial trading products, ACY Securities expanded its offering significantly in the past two years. In 2021, the company nearly doubled the number of Share CFDs and added hard commodities. Earlier this year, the broker expanded its offering with addition of over 200 new share CFDs. Also earlier this month, ACY Securities added more than 300 new share CFDs across all Account Types on the MetaTrader 5 platform. The latest release of share CFDs brings the total to 2,278 tradable instruments across 6 different exchanges available on the MT4 and MT5 platforms.
