A customer service executive stated, "We have informed all our clients and provided solutions and alternatives based on regulatory guidance and client needs," adding that no further details would be shared for compliance reasons. The support team did not confirm if Admirals had previously onboarded clients under its Kenyan license, which was obtained in 2022.

The broker has also surrendered its South African license and applied to surrender its Estonian license, having migrated all affected traders to its Cyprus entity last November. It expects to formally give up the Estonian license in Q2 2026 but will maintain its headquarters in Estonia with about 60 staff. Admirals currently accepts traders under its Cyprus, UK, and Seychelles licenses.

These moves are part of a broader restructuring, which includes the sale of its Australian business to PU Prime and the surrender of its UAE Financial Services Permission. The company stated the restructuring aims to optimize its geographical footprint by focusing on regions with stronger growth potential. Meanwhile, the group's financials have weakened, reporting a net loss of EUR 16.2 million in 2025, a significant decline from a modest profit the previous year.
