ADSS' CFO and CHRO Exit Company as Departures Continue

​Fazzaco learned that Abu Dhabi-headquartered brokerage ADSS, formerly known as ADS Securities, has announced the departures of two senior executives, Joanne Page and Kevin Ball.

Joanne has been serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ADSS since August 2021. She joined the brokerage from Saxo Capital Markets UK, where she worked as CFO from December 2018 to April 2021. Over the course of her career, Joanne held various senior financial and operating roles in famous brands including Capital Index, ETX Capital, Marex Financial Ltd., City Index and so on.

Kevin became Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in May 2021. Prior to joining ADSS, he most recently worked as Vice President of Global Talent Management at CDK Global. His career began at Endsleigh Insurance, where he served as Human Resources Director from 1990 to 2002. Kevin joined West Consulting as Managing Director in 2002. then he left the company after 8 years.

ADSS has faced a wave of executive departures last year. In July 2021, Paul Webb, CEO of ADSS UK, and Trevor Beagrie, Chief Financial Officer, have departed their roles. In August last year, Tarek Nabil, longtime ADSS executive, has left the company to join CySEC-licensed Capex.com as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Francis Lee, CEO of ADSS Asia since 2015, parted ways with ADSS. In December, Roland Danielczyk, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of ADSS, and Michael Taylor, Head of Front Office of ADSS, has also left the company.
