ADSS Onboards Alison Higgins as Chief Trading Officer

Fazzaco learned that Abu Dhabi-headquartered brokerage ADSS, formerly known as ADS Securities, has announced the appointment of Alison Higgins as the company's Chief Trading Officer.

Alison brings with 18 years of experience at international financial institutions. As seen on her Linkedin profile, prior to joining ADSS, she previously served as Managing Director, Global Head of FX, Rates and Commodities at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the UAE's largest bank and one of the world's largest financial institutions. She joined the bank in March 2015 as Director.

Before arriving at FAB, Alison finished her time at Scotiabank, where she has been working as Director from September 2013 to February 2015. She first joined Scotiabank as Associate Director in May 2003, then left the bank after three years to join UBS.

As Fazzaco reported earlier, ADSS has announced the appointment of Tareq Haddad as the company's Compliance Director. Tareq brings with more than 14 years of experience at leading global financial institutions.
