ADSS Sees Departure of COO Dave Worsfold

Fazzaco learned that Abu Dhabi-headquartered brokerage ADSS, formerly known as ADS Securities, has announced the departure of its Chief Operating Officer (COO), Dave Worsfold.
As seen on his Linkedin profile, Mr. Worsfold became COO in January 2021. Prior to joining ADSS, Mr. Worsfold worked at CMC Markets from May 2010 to June 2019, where he most recently served as Director Of Operations.

Mr. Worsfold joined CMC Markets from DF Worsfold Consultants Ltd, and has been working as Managing Director since August 2008. Before this rolle, Ross Capital Markets has utilised his services as various executive roles including CEO and COO. Over the course of his career, Mr. Worsfold also worked at HSBC Global Banking and Markets and Manufacturers Hanover Trust.
ADSS has faced a wave of executive departures last year. In July 2021, Paul Webb, CEO of ADSS UK, and Trevor Beagrie, Chief Financial Officer, have departed their roles. In August last year, Tarek Nabil, longtime ADSS executive, has left the company to join CySEC-licensed Capex.com as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Francis Lee, CEO of ADSS Asia since 2015, parted ways with ADSS. In December, Roland Danielczyk, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of ADSS, and Michael Taylor, Head of Front Office of ADSS, has also left the company. In February this year, Joanne Page, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Kevin Ball, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), parted way with the broker.
