AEGIS Hedging Promotes Lacey Falls as Chief Financial Officer

AEGIS Hedging, a leading fintech and advisory solutions provider, recently announced that it has appointed Lacey Falls as its Chief Financial Officer who took charge of the role earlier this month.

Recently announced in a press release, Lacey Falls, with over eight years f financial experience, has recently been named Chief Financial Officer by AEGIS Hedging. She will lead all financial strategy and operations as AEGIS continues to execute on its growth plans.

Lacey joined the company in 2019, taking the role as the Controller of AEGIS Hedging Solutions, based in Houston, Texas Area. Before that, she worked as a financial analyst at Elite Compression Services, an oil & energy company, where she was responsible for the financial planning and analysis, treasury activities, and the fixed asset process.

Prior to Elite, she has spent over two years at Citation Oil & Gas, where she managed long-term financial model, investor reporting, annual budgets, and oil and gas accruals.

In 2015, Lacey started her career at PWC, where she served Assurance Associate and was promoted as Senior Associate nearly three years later.
