Alameda Research, a quantitative cryptocurrency trading firm, will repay some $200 million in loans to the bankrupt crypto lender Voyager Digital.

Alameda will repay 6,553 in Bitcoin (roughly $128 million) and 51,204 in Ether (roughly $70 million), as well as smaller amounts in seven other tokens in principal and loan fees, according to a court filing last night. The loans are due to be repaid by September 30, the filing said.

Voyager will then send Alameda back tokens that the trading firm had stumped up as collateral for the loans, comprising of 4,650,000 in FTX's token FTT (roughly $112 million) and 63,750,000 in decentralized exchange Serum's utility token SRM (roughly $49 million).

Earlier this month, the crypto lender announced that it planned to auction off the remainder of its assets. Exchanges FTX and Binance had shown their interest in acquiring the assets, and then Wave Financial, a digital-asset investment joined the competition. A week later, FTX got the lead position to buy Voyager's assets with higher bid, according to a person familiar with the matter.
