Responsibilities

• Retaining and developing our existing retail and professional client base;

• Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients;

• Serving as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently;

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales, Retention or Account Manager in a similar B2C role;

• Strong FX and CFD industry knowledge;

• Fluent spoken and written English language skills;

• Other languages would be an advantage;

• Strong understanding of B2C retention and sales processes and strategies;

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;

Responsibilities

• Support the local HR recruitment processes such as creating and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews;

• Manage the local offboarding as well as the onboarding process, including orientation and training for new hires;

• Maintain employee records, updating HRIS systems and databases, while providing reports where necessary;

• Assist in benefits administration and coordinate with the rest of the HR team for providing a positive employee experience in Tickmill;

• Support employee engagement initiatives, while fostering a positive workplace culture;

• Ensure the Company follows local labor laws and internal company policies;

• Serve as a point of contact for employee & managers inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, local employment law, payroll related matters and benefits;

Requirements

BTIG - Cash Equities Operations - Hong Kong SAR

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Operations, Sales, and Compliance teams to ensure timely and efficient onboarding of new clients;

• Perform daily activities relating to client account opening, trade booking, reconciliation and ensure all daily activities and controls are completed on a timely manner;

• Trade allocation and confirmation generation to clients;

• Monitor and follow up unmatched trades and fail management;

• Work closely with Finance team for client's payments;

Requirements
