Alex Iakobachvili Leaves GCEX After 5 Months to Rejoin Global Markets Group

Alex Iakobachvili, an experienced Forex industry executive, has reportedly left digital assets and FX brokerage GCEX after 5 months to rejoin Global Markets Group, an FCA regulated brokerage group where he previously held Managing Director and CEO positions from August 2018 to September 2019.

In his new role, Mr. Iakobachvili will be responsible for reinitiating and rebuilding Global Markets Group's retail brokerage business.

Prior to GCEX where he was the Vice President Of Business Development​, Mr. Iakobachvili had been with B2B Prime Services Ltd, part of prominent broker technology provider B2Broker for 5 months, taking on the role of the Executive Director. 

Alex also previously led PRICE MARKETS UK LTD as CEO and Executive Director from November 2019 to January 2022. Moreover, he had a 5-month stint at Global Market Index Limited as a VP Sales, after leaving CFH Clearing Limited (Now Finalto) where he held the Vice President position for more than 7 years.
