Alfa Forex to Reopen Trading in EUR/RUB and USD/RUB

Fazzaco learned that Alfa Forex, a Russian multi asset platform, has announced its plans to resume trading in RUB pairs from Monday, March 14, 2022.

Let's recall that, Alfa Forex has put its Russian ruble pairs on 'close only' mode due to the increasing geopolitical tension between Russia and Ukraine, effective March 4, 2022 (00:00 Moscow Time). Please note that on March 10th and March 11th, trading in Russian ruble pairs will also be conducted in "close only" mode.

According to the broker, EUR/RUB and USD/RUB will be trading normally (that is opening and closing of positions in these pairs will be possible). The trading sessions will commence at 10:00 (Moscow Time) and will end at 19:00 (Moscow Time).

In addition, the leverage for these instruments will be reduced to 1:10. This means that margins for trades in USD/RUB and EUR/RUB will increase.
