As we reached out to Amiran Azaladze for an interview, sending our questions through WhatsApp, we also uncovered a number of scam allegations against B2B Hub from other companies and individuals online. Among these, a post from early this year by a LinkedIn user named Jun Chen stood out for its detailed accusations.

In his post, Jun Chen exposed B2B Hub as a "disgusting scamming 'licensing provider'" claiming its owner, Amiran Azaladze, is currently staying in Turkey. He revealed a financial loss of $58,500 from a year prior, and noted that he is pursuing legal action in a UK court.

Jun Chen's first post

In a follow-up post, Jun Chen disclosed that Amiran allegedly runs another dubious company called Forex Brokers License, which will be mentioned further below, with additional victims claiming to have been scammed. We attempted to reach Jun Chen for verification but have yet to receive a response.

Jun Chen's second post

We found numerous complaints, on a website called Trustpilot, from B2B Hub's alleged victims as well. The company currently holds eight reviews, with 1-star ratings making up 75%. Below are screenshots of all victim reviews for reference.

Amiran Azaladze and Elizabeth Krutiuk are scammers living in Istanbul. They claim to have close connections with MetaQuotes inc. And pretend to be able to get Forex Licenses.

Please be aware of these scammers.

As our investigation into B2B Hub's suspected fraudulent activity deepens, further suspicions surrounding Amiran Azaladze emerge. Not only were many of Amiran's online claims about his personal background confirmed to be false, but there are indications of him managing multiple "shell companies" with no real business operations. This corroborates Broker A's suspicion that B2B Hub may be nothing more than a "one-man show."

Fabricated Career History and Academic Titles

On his LinkedIn profile, Amiran lists himself as the author of 6 Steps to Financial Independence. However, the ISBN registry (ISBN 9780471710271) identifies Michael Masterson, a renowned financial columnist, as the actual author.

Furthermore, Amiran claims to have served as a professor in the Department of Financial Markets and Institutions at a university in Georgia. He lists this university under two different names - Sulkhan Saba State University and Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani Teaching University. However, the institution's official English name is Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, and we found no evidence of relevant courses or any reference to him on the university's website.

Financial Markets and Institutions is not found on the official page of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University

Amiran also professes to have been a member of Georgia's "Liberal-Democratic Party" and to have run for a seat in Parliament. Yet, according to Wikipedia's listings of political parties in Georgian history, the only party with that name dissolved in the 1990s.

Wikipedia shows that Liberal-Democratic (National) Party only lasted from 1990 - 1997

"Shell" Companies and Non-Existent Team Members

As mentioned earlier, Jun Chen's second exposé identifies Amiran as the CEO of another company, Forex Brokers License. Our investigation revealed that the company website's "team members" are highly suspect. Apart from Amiran, no one else appears to have an authentic LinkedIn presence, and some profile photos seem to be stock images. Clicking the company's WhatsApp contact on its website redirects to the B2B Hub team chat, further supporting Broker A and Jun Chen's claims that multiple companies may be operated solely by Amiran.

Amiran, posing as CEO of Forex Brokers License, even participated in an interview with the prominent financial media outlet Finance Magnates in September 2023, seemingly to bolster his professional credibility through this "front" company.

Inaccessible "Investment Company" Websites

Further investigation revealed Amiran's connections to other obscure entities, such as "Saqs Investment" based in Hong Kong and "Menelaus Holding" in Georgia. However, both companies' websites are defunct or inaccessible. Saqs Investment's domain (http://www.saqsinvestment.com/) has been taken down, while Menelaus Holding lacks a profile on LinkedIn, and its site (http://www.menelaus.ge/) is also offline. These findings imply that these so-called "investment firms" may merely serve as fake assets to enhance Amiran's business credibility.

The abundance of falsified information and shell companies surrounding Amiran Azaladze raises serious doubts about his true intentions with B2B Hub and other affiliated entities. Under the guise of "licensing consulting," he has not only delayed services but repeatedly let clients down. As detailed in our first article, Broker A's dealings with B2B Hub yielded no real progress, leading to concerns that their funds may have been diverted to Amiran's other ventures.

To Be Continued

As of publication, Fazzaco has yet to receive a response from Amiran himself. Through a referral from Broker A, however, we connected with another licensing agency whose clients have also reported scams by B2B Hub. Further details remain pending, and we await additional insights from them.
