AMF Netherlands Warns Against Unlicensed Platform Grinta Invest

​The Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) of the Netherlands issued a warning yesterday against the investment services provider GRINTA-INVEST LIMITED (Grinta Invest), on which Dutch consumers can trade on highly risky financial instruments.

Whereas, the Netherlandish financial regulator noted that the indicated company conducts business in the country without required license from the AFM or De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). The firm is operating under the domain www.grinta-invest.com.

Besides, the regulator pointed out that since October 28, 2021, the website of Grinta Invest appears to have been closed. The AFM has received a notification from Dutch customers of Grinta Invest that they were not able to access their investment accounts.
