AMF Updates Warning Against Alioth Club

The Autorité des Marchés Financiers of France has put Alioth Club with website of www.alioth.club under its list of unauthorized companies.

The regulator AMF has announced that it is warning the public against Alioth proposing what it claims “forex trading”, or offering forex related trading without being authorized.

The public is advised not to make any investment with companies that are not licensed or approved by the AMF.

Any offer to invest in miscellaneous assets must be registered with the AMF to be marketed. The white list of offers recorded in miscellaneous assets is available on the AMF website.

Earlier this month, New Zealand's financial regulator Financial Markets Authority also issued a similar warning against Alioth Club，saying that the entity was unauthorized in operating in the country and therefore banned it from offering forex related products&services.
