Anca Ioana Ionescu Leaves Axi for Doo Group as Head of HR - Europe

The seasoned Human Resources (HR) lead Anca Ioana Ionescu has moved to Doo Group, a large financial services group with financial technology at its core, as Head of HR - Europe. Anca joins the group from Axi, a global, multi-regulated broker where he served as Talent Acquisition Specialist for over a year.

"Today, with a heart full of gratitude and a spirit of optimism, I stand on the threshold of a new chapter as I bid farewell to Axi , a place that has been my second home for an unforgettable tenure," Anca shared on LinkedIn.

"In this incredible journey, I've had the privilege of working with an exceptional Talent Acquisition team. Your unwavering support, camaraderie, and belief in my abilities have been instrumental in shaping my professional growth".

Prior to Axi, she was Head of HR & Talent Acquisition at FINXFLO, the world's first hybrid liquidity aggregator, and Chief Human Resources Officer at TTCM Traders Trust, a leading provider of online trading services.

Besides, Anca held the role Head Of Human Resources at German FinTech holding NAGA and Human Resources & Operations Manager at Orbex, a multi-body regulated, industry-leading Forex broker.

She also held senior operations roles at Decentralized Vision | PumaPay, EuropeFX Financial Services and IronFX Global.

Earlier in her career, she worked at Liteforex (Europe) Ltd, a leading provider of online Forex trading services for retail and institutional investors, as Head Of Customer Support.

This comes after Doo Group's appointment of Vong Phansavang Andreou​ as BD/Sale Manager.
