Andre Severi Appointed Head of Sales EMEA at LMAX Group

Fazzaco learned that LMAX Group, a global financial technology company and the leading independent operator of multiple institutional execution venues for FX and crypto currency trading, has onboarded Andre Severi as Managing Director and Head of Sales EMEA.

With international experience with a career spanning Paris, New York, London and Toronto, Andre has built an extensive portable client base established over a dedicated 15 year period in FX sales. In the new role, he is out of London.

Most recently, Andre was Managing Director at Cürex, an institutional FX execution services and data analytics company that was acquired by LMAX Group in October 2023.

Prior to that, he worked with RBC for more than five years. During this period,he served initially as MD, Head of Institutional and Hedge Fund FX Sales North America in Toronto, then became MD, Head of Europe International FX Sales and Central Banks in London.

Previously, Andre spent thirteen years at State Street, with roles including MD, Head of European & Middle East Institutional FX Sales in London.

Earlier, he was at Credit Agricole out of Paris.
