Ant Digital Technologies Launches AI-Enabled Fintech Solutions in Dubai

Ant Digital Technologies has announced the launch of its AI-enabled fintech solutions, which include its AI platform Agentar and its services ZOLOZ and mPaaS. The company selected Dubai for this inaugural global launch of its new fintech solutions, citing the region's emergence as a fintech hub that is accelerating innovation and fostering investments. This move is presented as underlining the company's focus on advancement, inclusion, and optimization.

Ant Digital Technologies presented three solutions: ZOLOZ, mPaaS, and its latest product, Agentar. These services are described as focusing on equipping financial institutions with secure and user-friendly tools for the digital era. Among the capabilities provided by these solutions, Ant Digital Technologies highlighted ZOLOZ, which creates secure and reliable digital identity frameworks globally. ZOLOZ has been adopted by e-wallet operations and financial institutions in Southeast and South Asia, including GCash in the Philippines, TnGD in Malaysia, and Mandiri Bank in Indonesia, with its e-KYC offerings reportedly serving approximately 100 million users in these regions. In 2024, ZOLOZ also rolled out its AI-enabled anti-deepfake product ZOLOZ Deeper, developed to mitigate AI face-swapping risks in facial recognition scenarios. mPaaS is described as a mobile development platform that allows enterprises to build applications while minimizing costs. Agentar is presented as a platform offering zero-code or low-code AI capabilities personalized for financial institutions. This tool is intended to simplify the creation of intelligent applications, including AI agents for customer services and tasks such as investment advising, risk monitoring, trade execution, and financial analysis, among others.

Representatives from Ant Digital Technologies underlined the company's commitment to forming closer partnerships with international communities and developing solutions that improve financial services on a global scale, utilizing its existing knowledge to benefit the market. A recent related activity involved Alibaba Cloud teaming up with LuluFin and Ant Digital Technologies to support the UAE's digital development by providing efficient tools and augmented infrastructure for businesses, in turn supporting their expansion plans in the landscape. Specifically, the collaboration involved joining forces with Ant Digital Technologies to scale a suite of joint solutions into the Dubai region in 2025, including ZOLOZ for digital identity verification, mPaaS for super app development and operations, and AI features customized for the financial services industry.
