Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited ("ANZ") announced today that it has withdrawn its U.S.$300 million perpetual capital floating rate notes from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on 30 December 2020.

The withdrawal was undertaken in connection with the transfer of the listing of the Notes from the regulated market of the Bourse de Luxembourg to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, and followed the admission of the Notes to the standard listing segment of the Financial Conduct Authority's Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's Main Market for listed securities which took place at 8:00am GMT on 22 December 2020.

ANZ has effected the Transfer in order to consolidate its debt listings in Europe under one exchange and reduce the corporate costs and burdens associated with the listing of its debt securities.
