ASIC Cancels AFS Licence of NSW Financial Adviser Kyle Clifford Frost

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has cancelled the Australian financial services (AFS) licence of New South Wales financial adviser Kyle Clifford Frost, effective 15 October 2026.
ASIC said it found that Frost had failed to comply with several obligations imposed on AFS licensees under the Corporations Act 2001. These included obligations relating to cooperation with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), financial reporting, payment of statutory levies and regulatory reporting requirements.
Frost has held AFS licence number 543780 since 15 November 2022. The licence authorised him to provide financial product advice and deal in financial products for retail and wholesale clients.
He has the right to apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal for a review of ASIC's decision.
