ATFX Connect Introduces ConnectX Technology Suite

ATFX Connect, the institutional arm of global broker ATFX, has announced the launch of ConnectX, a proprietary ecosystem designed to enhance liquidity, execution, and overall trading efficiency for professional clients.

ConnectX is being rolled out with two core offerings: ConnectXTrade, an execution engine built to optimize performance for both margin traders and agency execution clients, and ConnectXPrime, a consolidated infrastructure that supports access to multiple markets through a single credit relationship.

Managing Director Wei Qiang Zhang described the initiative as more than a technology upgrade. "This isn't just an upgrade; it's a fundamental reimagining of our technology infrastructure," he said. "By building our own proprietary ecosystem from the ground up, we gain complete control over the client experience."

The launch follows a wave of strategic hires at ATFX Connect, including former FXCM executive Mohammed Khan as COO, Thomas Stewart to drive sales in Australia, and Michael Mirarchi to lead institutional sales across Latin America. The firm also added Professor Trevor Williams as Consultant Economist earlier this year.

ATFX Connect positions ConnectX as a "Prime of Prime tech hub", integrating liquidity access, pricing, and risk management tools. Additional modules are expected to roll out in 2026, extending the ecosystem's reach and functionality.

The initiative signals ATFX's intention to strengthen its role as a technology-driven liquidity provider in an increasingly competitive institutional trading landscape.
