AUS Global, AvaTrade, Finalto and Other Four Companies Are Hiring Now

For around the past week, the shadow shrouding the entire financial industry has not yet dissipated. In the crypto segment, Digital Currency Group​ (DCG) is shuttering its trade execution and prime brokerage services unit, TradeBlock, citing the stagnant economy and prolonged crypto winter, along with the challenging regulatory environment for digital assets in the US.

In the banking industry, JPMorgan has asked around 1,000 First Republic Bank employees to leave. First Republic Bank was besieged during the banking crisis in March, then has been taken over by the largest US bank earlier this month.

NatWest subsidiary Ulster Bank unveiled that it planned to lay off 813 as it would exit the Irish market. Besides, Bank of America is redploying about 40 bankers in Asia, citing the slowing Chinese dealmaking. The bank aims to control costs globally and cut back.

Moreover, Meta has started its third round of job cuts, with about 10,000 workers to be affected. This follows 11,000 employees were slashed in November.

Alibaba Group Holding, however, announced on Thursday it would recruit 15,000 people this year, dismissing rumours circulating on Chinese social media in recent days that the company planned to let go 20% of its headcount.

Given the state of the broader economy, the current employment environment is far from ideal. Despite this, Fazzaco recently found that multiple financial firms, brokerages in particular, are strengthening their operation teams with new hires. Let's look at what jobs they're offering and what are the responsibilities.

1. AUS Global​ - Senior Business Development Manager

AUS Global, the world's fastest-growing broker, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join its team in Dubai, UAE.

You will collaborate closely with upper managers to achieve sales targets, identify and meet potential introducing brokers (IBs) to establish partnerships, reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and/or video calls, and maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients..

The ideal candidate is required to have minimum 4-5 years of experience in the forex industry in UAE, be native fluency in Arabic, European, or Asian languages, in addition to previous experience in an FX sales position within a brokerage firm.

2. AvaTrade - Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

AvaTrade, a Forex and CFD broker, is seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist who will be responsible for improving a website and mobile app conversion rates across marketing channels, with a focus on enhancing ROI.

As a key member of AvaTrade team, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance the customer acquisition journey and achieve company goals, utilizing your expertise in testing strategies (A/B & MVT), data analysis, and user experience optimization to deliver exceptional results aligned with the firm’s brand strategy.

The successful candidate is required to have minimum 2 years CRO specific experience, with a track record of increasing conversion, end-to-end planning, execution, and customer journey management.

3. Finalto - Senior Software Engineer (Java)

Finalto, a market leader in global financial services, is looking for Senior Software Engineer (Java) for ClearVision R&D in Denmark. ClearVision R&D is a dedicated team working on the ClearVision Trading platform. 

You will become part of the Trading System team responsible for the core services that provide functionality such as price generation, risk assessment, order execution and automated hedging. You will be working closely with two other development teams and an ITOps team within ClearVision R&D in Copenhagen and Singapore.

The ideal candidate is required to have 5+ years of work experience with Java both as a programming language and as a technology.

4. FlexTrade - Account Manager

FlexTrade, a global leader in high-performance multi-asset sell-side technology, is looking for an Account Manager to join its Client Services team. The team is responsible for new and existing clients and is involved with the full project life cycle as well as ongoing support. 

You will be responsible for ensuring the overall goals of the client are understood and delivered successfully by the Client Services team. XM, the Forex and CFD trading platform, is seeking Italian-Speaking Customer Experience Officers, based in Limassol or Athens.

The main responsibilities of the position include dealing with clients' inquiries via live chat, email and telephone, performing personal clientele analysis, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients.

6. TP ICAP - Financial Analyst

TP ICAP, a diversified global markets infrastructure and data solutions provider, is looking for a Financial Analyst.

You will collaborate with team members to perform the FP&A function for the Americas Finance department while leveraging the OneStream reporting application, complete budget and forecast management reporting packages and analysis, and reconcile and report on the Americas and Global revenue reporting process which get sent to Senior Management daily, etc.

7. Bitget - Customer Service Representitive

Crypto derivatives trading platform Bitget is hiring a Customer Service Representitive who is with at least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.

You will communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability, and work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
