Austria's FMA Issues Warning Against CFDs Broker Bulltrade24

Austria's Financial Market Authority (FMA) has issued a warning against offerings by Bull Trade24 Ltd, which operates the CFDs brokerage brand Bulltrade24 through the website bulltrade24.com. The company's registered offices are apparently in London, according to the FMA.
The regulator said the provider is not authorised to conduct securities transactions in Austria that require a licence and is not allowed to execute orders on behalf of clients.
The Bulltrade24 website claims the company has been operating for more than 30 years. However, a web search indicated that the bulltrade24.com website was created in August 2026, two months before the FMA warning.
The company also claims to be "the world's leading social investment community" and a regulated Swiss bank. Bulltrade24 further claims to sponsor "your favourite teams", including Arsenal, Newcastle United and RB Leipzig, among others. These claims appear to be false, and the brand does not seem to be regulated or licensed anywhere, even offshore.
