Axi Now Controlled by CEO Rajesh Yohannan and Other Five Management Executives

After a recent completion of the MBO (management buy-out), Axi management has taken full ownership of the company from RGT Capital​, as Fazzaco reported last month. The change of control from RGT Capital to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rajesh Yohannan and his team was effected in October and granted approval by key regulators.

Other management team members include Chief Commercial Officer Louis Cooper, Chief Risk Officer Simon Hodgkiss, Global Head of Insitutional Gavin Ward, Chief Financial Officer Himanshu Kher and Global Head of Trading Paul Kiff.

Louis is an avid trader for over 20 years and after multiple roles based everywhere from Europe to Asia, Louis is a true expert in all aspects of global marketing. He's responsible for overseeing all sales, marketing and client experience functions worldwide.

With extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, Simon is responsible for Axi's global risk, legal and compliance matters. He ensures Axi implements appropriate frameworks, abides by regulatory standards, and delivers all staff training and operations to world-class standards.

Gavin is responsible for building strong relationships with broker dealers, hedge funds and other institutional trading businesses. With over 20 years in financial services and extensive pan-European and Asian exposure, he knows the industry inside out.

After over 20 years' in financial services and a variety of roles spanning from Hong Kong to London, Himanshu has been an instrumental figure in the front office for various leading banks. Now, he's responsible for overseeing Axi's finance and middle office.

Paul is responsible for pricing, trading and market risk management functions. With over 30 years' experience covering multiple asset classes including FX, futures & options, CFDs, spread betting and equities, Paul is a highly skilled FCA CF30-approved finance professional.
