B2Broker Director Steve Chow Talks About CRM and Crypto Market Trends in Asia

Fazzaco: Hi Steve, thank you for joining Fazzaco. Could you please briefly introduce yourself and B2Broker?

Steve: Thank you for the interview ! I am Steve Chow, the director of B2broker Hong Kong office, taking care of the Asia Pacific and China market. B2broker group is a technology and liquidity provider. We have the following  major projects or brand names in terms of technololgy, liquidity, and payment etc.

- B2broker is a technology provider setting up forex, crypto brokerage trading platform for clients;

- B2Prime is a liquidity provider offering forex, crypto CFD, and stock CFD liquidity to brokers for trading; and crypto spot liquidity to crypto exchanges for trading as well;

- B2BX is an institutional crypto currency exchange based on B2Trader exchange platform;

Fazzaco: Why did you choose to attend the BrokersShow Malaysia 2021?

Steve: We had attended the BrokersShow in the past years. BrokersShow is well-organized and has many substantially profesional members. It has done a very good job in promotion. So, I believe that BrokersShow brings us many good quantity visitors and good quality visitors as well. The visitors basically have fundamentaly forex knowledge. And, we will attend most of the BrokersShow in Asia.

Fazzaco: What are the advantages for having a virtual expo in your opinion? Will virtual expo be the best choice for forex brokerage marketing in the context of the ongoing pandemic?

Steve: A lot of bussinesses are affected by the pandemic, but most online businesses have rocketed up! So, it is much better for us and our clients to have the virtual expo. Also, in the past two years, we have the report and record from our existing client brokers that they have increased 45 - 90% sales during the pandemic. B2Broker's 2020 sales are up by 195% compared to 2019. This is because most of people were staying home so they spent much time online and trading online too. In fact , we experienced more sales and start up borkers during the pandemic to catch the market wind. 

Fazzaco: You are invited to deliver a speech at the expo, which is "How to start a forex and crypto currency brokerage in Asia?" In what ways do you think it's going to enlighten or inspire the audience?

Steve: From daily operation, we have a lot of questions from the fresh brokers asking about this subject that they cannot get the answers from their legal channels . We have been in this business since 2014 both in forex and crypto, and have many client brokers so we know from our clients what they need. So, we just summarized all these questions here to share with some people who have the interst to become a forex or crypto broker that they want to know about this subject too!

Fazzaco: As a renowned solution provider for brokers, B2Broker offers an extensive range of products. What products or services in particular that you would like to highlight at the expo?

Steve: Our core business is a liquidity provider, we will mainly focus in forex and crypto CFD liquidity. For the world crypto market is expected to continue growing in the coming years. It is expected that the crypto market is going to have similar trading volume as the forex market in the next 10 years. Asia will become the financial center of the world as China and Asian market are quickly recovering from the pandemic. Nowadays stable coins like USDT have similar trading volume as that of BTC and ETH, and most traders, e-commerce merchants and enterprises are starting to accept stable coins for their money transfer. Asia is the world's largest crypto market. 

Also China's digital RMB is now active in the market, it will also play an important role in the crypto market as a sovereign stable coin. So, I do believe crypto currency market, especially in Asia, will see rapid and steady growth in multiple.
