B2C2 Names Ex-Finalto Exec Karolina Obalkowska as Group Head of Onboarding

Fazzaco learned that B2C2, a leading crypto liquidity provider and a digital asset pioneer, has appointed Karolina Obalkowska as its Group Head of Onboarding.

With multi-years experience in generalist compliance, KYC, AML, due diligence and financial crime, Karolina joined B2C2 from Finalto, a market leader in global financial services, where she served as Head of KYC and Client Onboarding for over 4 years. She had previously held roles of client services, legal and compliance in well-known firms, including JPMorgan Chase & Co., Société Générale and Freepoint Commodities.

The company underwent a change of its CEO last year. In November, B2C2's CEO for the USA business, Nicola White​, took on the role of Group CEO, succeeding Phillip Gillespie who left at the end of the year after an almost 5-year tenure in the group.
