B2PRIME Gains DFSA License to Operate in Dubai's DIFC

Institutional broker and multi-asset liquidity provider B2PRIME has secured authorization from the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) to operate out of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), strengthening its role in the Middle East's financial ecosystem.

The license, granted on August 15, 2025, permits B2PRIME to act both as principal and agent in investment transactions while holding and safeguarding client assets. It is the company's fifth regulatory authorization globally, following approvals from regulators in regions including South Africa.

Founder and Executive Director Eugenia Mykuliak described the DIFC license as "a launchpad to lead the way across MENA," stressing the importance of governance and regulatory oversight. "Institutions want certainty and scale and DFSA authorisation delivers exactly what we need — a recognised rulebook, accountable governance and tested controls," she said.

The DIFC, ranked among the top 15 financial centers worldwide, is known for its English-language courts and common-law framework, which provide contract enforcement and regulatory predictability. The DFSA, in turn, is recognized internationally as a signatory to IOSCO's multilateral agreements and as a participant in global financial standard-setting bodies.

B2PRIME said it intends to use Dubai as its base to serve banks, hedge funds, global asset managers, and other professional clients across the Gulf and wider MENA region. The company will apply strict asset controls including segregation, reconciliation, and independent audits, paired with deep liquidity provision and transparent pricing.

Alex Tsepaev, Chief Strategy Officer, emphasized that DFSA approval represented "the institutional green light" for its Gulf operations, enabling counterparties to access liquidity in a trusted regulatory environment.
