BaFin has recently identified several websites with similar content and has issued warnings about them. These sites often feature the phrase: "Step Into the Trading Arena with Confidence & [name of website]," which BaFin has noted as a common indicator of unregulated financial services platforms.

In Germany, any entity providing financial or investment services must be authorized by BaFin.
