Banco Monex can use CLSSettlement

CLS announced that Banco Monex became CLSSettlement's first Latin American third-party service provider . Banco Monex provides CLS with third-party access rights to help CLS customers mitigate settlement risks while greatly improving liquidity in the Mexican market.
