BDSwiss has shuttered its offshore operations, with its global website registered in Seychelles no longer accessible. The domain now redirects traffic to a login dashboard branded as BDS Markets, not BDSwiss, and new account creation is blocked, displaying the message "cannot create account."

According to archived records, the homepage was still functional as of 15 May 2026, indicating the exit is recent. Although the broker remains active on the Seychelles Financial Services Registry, the status of its Category 5 licence from the UAE's Capital Markets Authority, obtained in 2024, is unclear—the CMA register shows no licensing details or registered personnel. Attempts to contact BDSwiss via its press email were unsuccessful, as the email bounced.

BDSwiss was once a major brand in the contract-for-differences sector, operating from Cyprus with a CySEC licence obtained in mid-2013. That licence was suspended in late 2024 and later fully withdrawn, after which the broker rebranded its corporate entity to Viverno following a €100,000 fine in 2023 for margin and risk-warning lapses.

In 2024, a mass staff exodus from its Cyprus office was reported. Meanwhile, numerous self-identified clients on Trustpilot have alleged that BDSwiss transferred their balances to unregulated entity TheCopperClub without consent. The broker's Trustpilot profile now holds a TrustScore of 2.1, labelled "Poor," amid a flood of negative reviews concerning withdrawals.
